Today is the last day of my first week...It also means today was my day off from workouts! YAY!
I did really well. I skipped Monday's workout because my abs were hurting...and not in the 'man, I worked out really hard' kind of hurting, more like the 'oops, I really over did it' kind of hurting. *Note to self...You've had 3 c-sections! Not to mention that you haven't done a whole lot of ab work since the last one!*
So the report...I lost 1 pound! I'm happy with that progress. I wish I would have taken a waist measurement because I feel like I lost more than that!
On to week 2! I think I'm going to take a picture of myself in the jeans I'd like to fit back into every week until they fit!
